CARE: Each Syd and Pia NYC piece is handmade to ensure the highest quality construction. After that, it is up to you to treat your Syd and Pia NYC piece properly so it can remain good condition. DO NOT expose your piece to water or other liquids -- don't wear your piece in the shower, bath, or while exercising or perspiring. To clean your Syd and Pia NYC piece, polish with a soft, dry cloth. DO NOT use water-based or other wet cleaning solutions. All jewelry should be treated with the utmost care specially the pieces that have beads or stones.

 

REPAIR:  Repairs can be made for pieces purchased through sydandpianyc.com for up to a year from purchase date.  Repairs at no fault of the customers are free; all other repairs will have a fee applied to them.  Please email info@sydandpianyc.com for any repair inquiries.

 

CANCELLATION: Contact info@sydandpianyc.com immediately should you wish to cancel your order. Syd and Pia NYC maintains sole discretion to determine whether to permit cancellation of an order. No cancellations are valid without prior approval by the company. If we've already started working on your piece, your order cannot be cancelled.

 

SHIPPING: All pieces are handmade to order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for standard production and domestic deliveries via USPS Priority.  Expedited production and shipping options are available as indicated during the checkout process. Please contact info@sydandpianyc.com if you have any questions about production and shipping. We will notify you via email if any item in your order becomes back-ordered. All packages are shipped standard FOB New York City. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. International shipping fees do not include any international customs, duties or taxes, although the destination country may charge such customs, duties or taxes for your order.  Syd and Pia NYC IS NOT responsible for any customs, duties or taxes. RETURNS: All Sample Sale, Sales on this site, and Custom Items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.  Returns shipped without a return authorization code will be returned to sender at their expense. All shipping, handling and expediting charges are non-refundable.  

Only unworn and undamaged pieces may be returned.  We reserve the right to refuse a return and items must be returned in the condition received. Any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred on return shipments.
